Description
Aged for eight years—twice as long as regular Jim Beam—this Bourbon offers rich caramel aroma and flavor. Though it’s a little fiery from the first sip, moderating the heat with water brings out a saline lick that makes for a salted caramel impression, fading to vanilla on the long finish.
