Description
Rosato is based on a blend of white and red wines which naturally give this vermouth its rose-coloured hue. In truth, the blend of each 200,000 litre batch has to be adjusted to achieve a consistent colour. A particularly delicate infusion process is used to create a soft-toned, perfumed spiced style.
