The VSOP (Very Special Old Pale) designation denotes the age and character of the product. Golden amber in color, with a fruity aroma and notes of vanilla on the nose. Sweet fruit in caramel with subtle vanilla notes on the mouth. The vanilla flavor is sweet but peppery at the finish.
